Cancellation Policy
Clients will have a 48 hour grace period when needing to reschedule appointments. Anything under that window, or no-show clients will be charged 50% of the original appointment that was booked.
Clients will be charged $1 for every minute they are late to their appointment. Clients that are more than 20 minutes late to their appointment will be charged 50% of the service and will be required to reschedule.
